The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role focuses on day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee record management benefits
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience in a design creative or boutique firm environment is an advantage.

Required Skills:
What Were Looking For: Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or architectural industry. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other relevant 3D modeling and rendering software. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles space planning and building codes. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings with excellent attention to detail. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team mentor junior staff and manage workloads effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving design and technical issues quickly and efficiently. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end residential and hospitality/commercial interior design projects. Certification in project management or design software.
