Housemen are responsible for the cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the common areas including maintenance reporting and follow up.
Housemen need to be assertive and have an eye for detail, noticing the small things out of place in a room.
The housemen perform advanced housekeeping procedures that involves operating commercial equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, sweepers, high pressure hoses etc.
The housemen also aid in event preparation and shutdown, as well as performing waiter functions. Must be confident to perform waiter duties such as serving food at a buffet, carrying plates etc.
