Hostess

We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Hostess to join our team with a preference for candidates from Algeria Morocco or Russia. As a Hostess you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring exceptional customer service in our establishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment with warmth and professionalism. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
   

2. Seating Arrangements: Manage the seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and accommodate reservations. Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure efficient seating and service.
   

3. Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone email or inperson. Maintain an organized reservation book and confirm reservations with guests as needed.
   

4. Customer Service: Provide attentive and courteous service to guests throughout their dining experience. Address any inquiries special requests or concerns promptly and effectively.
   

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with the serving staff kitchen team and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Relay special requests and dietary restrictions to the appropriate personnel.
   

6. Upselling: Promote additional menu items specials or promotions to guests to enhance their dining experience and increase sales. Provide recommendations and suggestive selling when appropriate.
   

7. Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the hostess station and reception area. Ensure that menus signage and promotional materials are wellpresented and uptodate.
   

8. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive work environment and deliver seamless service to guests. Assist with other tasks as needed during peak periods or special events.
   

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a restaurant hotel or hospitality environment.
  
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluent in Arabic French English or Russian with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a neat and wellgroomed appearance.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
  
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and reservation systems preferred.
  
• Eligibility to work legally in QATAR
  
• FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATE
