- Oversee the development of the VIP Guest Experience Concept (innovation, branding, decoration, entertainment and F&B) and also the implementation of FIFA's and Host Country vision at all official FIFA/Q22 sites
- Development of the VIP Site Events operations concept, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. FIFA/SC Marketing)
- Oversee and control of all external Suppliers task & deliverables (quality insurance, risk management)
- Oversee and control of all external Hospitality Suppliers task & deliverables (quality insurance, risk management)
- Acting as first point of contact for all suppliers of all FWC2022 NCV’s operated by Q22/FIFA Guest Management areas (e.g. VIP Hotel)
