Review and validate company procedures to ensure procedures support commercial and regulatory requirements. Review and approve pre-qualification, evaluation and award of contracts to contractors and vendors. Work closely with the Procurement Department to obtain Tender Committee approvals necessary to advance contract awards and change orders. Ensure that issues are resolved in the most demanding and less common situations using the knowledge gained and/or by mobilizing the necessary subject matter experts to ensure cost and schedule optimization and overall solutions to complex tasks. Ensure that project performance related to HSE, planning, scheduling, project progress measurements, effective reporting, quality and cost are met.
