Head Mixologist

We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
• Design and update cocktail menus including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels control costs and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and hotel policies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Qualifications :

• Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of spirits wines and international cocktail trends
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
