The role
Home Manager Bicester
We are looking for a home manager to join a luxurious residential care provider, to continue to maintain and improve the c60 bed home. The home has an OG CQC and has facility to become outstanding!
If you have experience in project management, great. If not, no problem, the main thing we need is a passionate people focused manager who can run a successful home operationally and commercially and who can demonstrate their experience in achieving positive CQC inspections.

- As a strong team player, you will have a motivational and inclusive management style and a passion for providing the highest standards of care
- With good communication skills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholders and build good links in the local community, ensuring a positive reputation is maintained
- This role would suit a Home Manager who is looking for a long-term position with a company that really cares and have a brilliant senior leadership team who provides undeniable support

- £50,000-£60,000 base salary + Bonus
