Guest Service Agent Health Club

• Welcome and assist hotel guests club members and visitors in a warm friendly and professional manner ensuring excellent guest service in line with hotel standards.

• Handle guest inquiries telephone calls reservations and bookings for the Health Club swimming pool gym sports facilities and recreational activities.

• Manage guest registration membership verification facility access and daily attendance records ensuring accurate documentation.

• Provide information about Health Club facilities membership packages sports activities promotions and other hotel services.

• Process payments membership fees and facility charges accurately in accordance with hotel financial procedures.

• Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping Engineering and the Sports & Recreation team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest requests feedback and complaints professionally ensuring timely resolution and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Maintain the cleanliness organisation and presentation of the reception area and ensure facilities meet hotel hygiene and safety standards.

• Promote Health Club memberships sports programmes fitness activities and recreational services to maximise guest engagement and revenue opportunities.

• Support the organisation of sports events recreational activities and special promotions while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel resort health club or sports and recreation facility is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-service orientation.

• Good knowledge of hotel operations fitness facilities and recreational services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation or membership management systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
