Job Description

- Support tender processes and business development.
- Liaise with authorities (GORD, MME, PWA, USGBC, ...) and PMCs (ASTAD)
- Work with developers, designers and contractors.
- Manage and develop documentation tools, reports and technical submittals.
- Develop, Improve and Monitor sustainability plans, strategies and calculators relating to the GSAS requirements for all schemes.
- Provide consultancy services for sustainability projects (GSAS-DB, GSAS-DB CDA, GSAS-CM and LEED 2009 EB O&M).
- Provide consultancy services for environmental projects (Air Quality and Noise monitoring and modelling, construction site auditing and inspections, environmental permit application, EIA, CEMP, EMP, OEMP, CMP…)
Job Skills & Abilities:
- Strong ability to manage the sustainability and environmental projects from concept design to construction stage.
- Good knowledge in ISO 14001:2015 implementation and maintenance.
