Graphic Designer - PromoQ

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message to our audience for the companies we own or clients we work with. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for various marketing campaigns including social media email marketing print ads and website design.

• Design creative assets for various marketing campaigns including social media email marketing print ads menus and website design.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a design strategy that aligns with the brand message.
• Create visually appealing designs that capture audiences attention and communicate the brand message effectively.
• Manage and maintain design projects from concept to completion ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Provide creative direction to other members of the team including copywriters photographers and videographers.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and software updates.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure that all designs meet the needs of target audience.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
• Present design concepts to the marketing team and incorporate feedback into final designs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography color theory and layout design.
• Strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design work.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
