Graduate Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a talented Graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic engineering team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a rewarding career in mechanical engineering while working on innovative projects within a professional corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and organized with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software and industry-standard tools
• Conduct technical analysis and simulations to evaluate mechanical designs and optimize performance
• Prepare detailed technical drawings specifications and documentation for engineering projects
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions
• Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights to improve product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and identifying optimization opportunities
• Perform calculations and data analysis related to mechanical systems and components
• Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure designs meet performance requirements

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements 
1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University 
2. Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program. 
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above. 
4. As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only 
UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role
