General Manager

• To create systematic procedures in the factory for production, manufacturing and all other departments.
  
• Implement procedures of timely deliveries for product and services that we are offering to our clients.
  
• Register and promote our products and services with all government institution, consultants,
  
• contractors and any other potential customers within UAE that currently requires our supply and
  
• services.
  
• Visiting potentials clients and maintaining good work relationship.
  
• Control day-to-day operation in the factory and office includes but not limited to quotation, proposals,
  
• offers and control pricing, delivery time and payment terms.
  
• Submit report with all departments feedback and improvements to board of directors on weekly basis for all related projects of the company.
  
• Submit a S.W.O.T Analysis on monthly basis.
  
• Maintain a hygiene supervision of all factory outlet including Labours camp.
  
• Build a full operational team from all department to facilitate their task as needed and push employees to accept to do 2 jobs at the same time.
  
• Targeting zero complain and control the quality.
  
• Provide succession plan 3 months before the contract ends.
  
• Increase production to minimum of 100 cubic meter per day
  
• Implement 2 shifts in the factory to maximize the production.
  
• To prepare and submit 5 years plan for our business.
  
• To propose the best possible option for a second factory in other emirates within 6 months.
  

Requirements

• Preferably graduate of Civil Engineering or any course related to construction.
  
• Advance knowledge in AUTO CAD and in any software such as Odoo.
  
• 12+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
  
• Extensive 3-4 years experience in managing a company in the precast concrete industry.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong planning and managing skills.
  
• Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to potential clients and suppliers.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
