We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile luxury destination in the UAE. What were looking for: Previous experience as a General Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
Proven ability to drive revenue profitability guest satisfaction and brand excellence
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
