- Ensure the development of tactical programs to follow up on the targeted goals and objectives. Ensure comprehensive delivery and quality of unit offerings to clients. Engage in key or target customer activities. Overseeing key recruitment and talent development programmes. Evaluate and decide on major investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent. Communicate strategy and results to unit staff. - Report key findings to corporate officials. Engage with corporate officials in broader organizational strategic planning. - Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve the company's goals. Develop and implement a business plan to achieve profitability.
