Your day to day
Greets all guests at the main entrance politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk.
Assists guests with their luggage for both check-in and checkout.
Carries guest's luggage to the room upon check-in and brings it down upon checkout.
Points out nearest fire escape while escorting a guest.
Brief guest on usage of light switches, TV, radio, mini bar and telephone facilities in the room.
Controls usage of luggage room.
Updates hotel's function board when requested.
Keeps lobby area neat and orderly.
Complies with standards of grooming and personal hygiene.
Raises and lowers both the national and hotel flags when requests.
Participates in group and crew luggage handling, distribution, and collection.
Replaces Doorman or Driver whenever requested.
Delivers newspapers, parcels and message promptly.
Escorts guests attending function-to-function area.
Engages in moving luggage from one room to the other in the case of a room change.
Updates Bellmen Control Sheet accurately.
Attends guest needs and queries and refers complaints to supervisor.
Points out stationary needs to Bellman Supervisor.
Maintain good employee's relations.
Complies with week work schedule.
Interact and cooperate with the guests, Front Office Department staff, and other hotel departments as appropriate.
Complies with hotels health, safety, and hygiene policy.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Complete the Pre-shift Vehicle Inspection Check List form of the guest vehicle on daily basis.
Complies with the Bahrain traffic laws and regulations.
Transports guests to and from their destinations with care using the hotel vehicles.
Complies and writes on the designated logbooks.
Answers internal and external calls to support reception colleagues whenever needed.
Handles transportation including site tours and other transport arrangements, airport transfers.
Do valet parking.
Full Time
