Reservations Agent

Seeking an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Reservations Agent within the Revenue & Reservations Department of Bahrain's most distinguished & Iconic Ultra Luxury Resort, The Royal Saray, Bahrain. We welcome applications from individuals meeting the following criteria. The selected candidate will receive Accommodation + Food + Incentives (Performance Driven) + Health Insurance + Visa/Resident Card + Flights apart from the salary.

• Essential: Candidate of any nationality with expert proficiency in both Arabic and English are Mandatory.
• Essential: Proficiency in Opera PMS for managing FITs and Group Bookings (Business Blocks).
• Candidate having prior experience of working with Top Brands of Hotels Industry is a plus. Having Luxury Background with a Resort Experience will be given preference, but not mandatory.
• This Role is gender neutral & It is open to both Male and Female applicants who demonstrate the ability to handle pressure, a desire to grow within the Revenue Department, emotional stability, flexibility, adaptability to the work culture, and a positive attitude.
