Sapphire Plaza Hotel, is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Food Safety and Hygiene Executive. As the Food Safety and Hygiene Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout our hotel. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety procedures, training staff on proper hygiene practices, and conducting regular inspections to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive food safety and hygiene program
• Train and educate staff on proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and dining facilities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Investigate and resolve food safety and hygiene-related incidents or complaints
• Develop and maintain documentation and records relating to food safety and hygiene
• Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of food safety and hygiene throughout the hotel
