Responsibilities:
- Implement policies and guidelines to ensure financial and legal compliance throughout the entire organization, including Accounting, HR, DOL, EEOC and all US governing functions.
- Implement actions to ensure financial viability, stability, and growth. Prepare and hold organization to budget. Work with the CEO and the CFO to control costs, meet financial goals and grow the business to ensure profitability. Establish, supervise, and train accounting staff.
- Establish and develop successful, ongoing relationships with Banks to secure financial stability.
- Approve Job Descriptions compliant with DOL, EEOC, Americans with Disability Act.
