Few of the many other duties and responsibilities; • Distribute the financial resources of a company, responsible for the budget planning, and support the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. • Responsible for maintaining and updating the LC and monitor/report the changes to update the records wherever required. • Ensure regular invoicing is done and summarize/report the status of any pending invoices to take necessary actions for smooth transitioning. • Reconciliation of customers account ledger whenever necessary to make sure the correctness of records and visit the customer when any problems arise regarding the account reconciliation. • Prepare the aging reports and other financial report for Management review and also the course of action taken on overdue payments. • Working knowledge of both account payables and receivables. • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance. • Analyzing market trends and competitors • Able to work as a team member and also deliver at individual level. • Performing other accounting duties and supporting accounts staff as required or assigned. • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
