As a Finance Associate, your mission will be to manage invoicing, reconcile accounts, ensure timely payment resolution, and overall key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable processes, while contributing to the financial success of our dynamic digital marketing company. Who We're Looking For: We're on the lookout for a proactive Finance Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're a wizard with numbers, a maestro of meticulousness, and an expert of getting things done, we want to hear from you! • Generate & submit invoices to customers - monthly and ad-hoc. • Assisting in preparing monthly financial statements - perform revenue accounts reconciliation, using both Xero accounting software & internal system. • Monitor Account Receivables aging and follow up with customer for payment resolution in timely manner. • Investigate & resolve payment discrepancies like a pro with customers and other stakeholders. • Embracing additional duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to a dynamic and ever-evolving role. What key skills are we seeking? • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 📚 • Experience: We'd love it if you've got 2 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. 📈 • Tech Whiz: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial databases is essential. • Xero Software Pro: You've got a knack for wrangling Xero Software like a wizard.💻 • Accounts Receivable Expert: When it comes to accounts receivable, you're a real pro.💼 • Analytical Ace: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. 🔍 • Effective Communicator: Sharing your financial wisdom is as easy and ensures to keep everyone in the loop. 🗣️ • Time Management Guru: Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 🕒 • Bonus!
