Factory Manager Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager with a strong background in Joinery Furniture Manufacturing and Interior Fit-Out. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall factory operations production planning manpower materials quality and timely delivery of joinery works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Manage factory teams including supervisors carpenters machine operators painters and polishers.
- Ensure production follows approved shop drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee joinery processes including carpentry CNC cutting edge banding assembly veneer laminates painting and polishing.3
- Coordinate with Project Design Procurement Estimation and Site teams.
- Monitor material usage inventory wastage machinery and production costs.
- Identify and resolve production delays and technical issues.
- Maintain quality safety and HSE standards within the factory.
- Ensure completed works are properly prepared and dispatched to project sites on time.
- Prepare regular production and performance reports for management.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Joinery Interior Fit-Out or Furniture Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in Factory Management / Production Management.
- Strong practical knowledge of joinery manufacturing materials finishes and machinery.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC carpentry veneer laminates painting polishing and assembly.
- Experience managing large factory teams.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and production drawings.
- Strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- UAE experience mandatory.
- UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.

Required Skills:
8 years of experience in Joinery Interior Fit-Out or Furniture Manufacturing. Proven experience in Factory Management / Production Management. Strong practical knowledge of joinery manufacturing materials finishes and machinery.
Required Education:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field.
