Calculate and compare the costs of goods andservices required to achieve maximum benefit. Building afuture development plan in line with strategic businessobjectives. Manage and lead change to ensure minimaldisruption to activities. Directing, coordinating andplanning basic services such as reception, security andmaintenance. Ensuring that buildings meet health andsafety requirements and that facilities comply withlegislation. Maintaining employee safety and implementinghealth and safety procedures. Planning and use of spaceand resources for new buildings and reorganization ofbuildings.
