EVENT MANAGER FCM MEETINGS & EVENTS UAE
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about creating exceptional corporate events and delivering seamless client experiences Join FCM Meetings & Events in the UAE as an Event Manager where youll take ownership of end-to-end event delivery for a portfolio of corporate clients. Youll partner with clients venues suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-impact conferences meetings and events that leave lasting impressions. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex plans into flawless execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage events from initial brief through to post-event wrap-up
- Coordinate with clients venues suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Manage budgets timelines logistics and event delivery
- Lead on-site event execution and resolve challenges in real time
- Build strong client relationships and identify account growth opportunities
- Support proposals pricing supplier negotiations and business development activities
- Deliver high-quality corporate events conferences and meetings across the UAE and internationally
- Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers throughout the event lifecycle
- Ensure events are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Contribute to a safe inclusive and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed respected and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in event and/or project management
- Strong experience managing multiple events simultaneously
- Experience with on-site event delivery
- Experience managing suppliers and venues
- Corporate client or high-profile account experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE MICE suppliers products and destinations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Budget management experience
- Experience with Cvent and/or Qondor is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
- Comfortable travelling within the UAE and internationally as needed
