Environmental Specialist

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Civil Manager to lead their Detroit, Michigan team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Civil Engineering Department operations including projects, staffing, training, mentoring, business development and operations
  
• Supervise projects/staff to meet performance metrics and department goals
  
• Lead team in preparation of drawings, design calculations and technical documents
  
• Communicate with clients and team to manage expectations
  
• Assist with business development (sales leads, proposals, marketing)
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of progressive experience as a manager
  
• Experience with management/business development preferred
  
• PE License
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD
  
• Proficient in Civil 3D, Map3D, GIS and/or BIM preferred
