- Perform comprehensive examinations, assessments, and diagnostic procedures to determine the nature and extent of patients' conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, incorporating medical, surgical, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
- Conduct surgical procedures related to ENT conditions with precision, efficiency, and adherence to established surgical protocols.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists, speech therapists, and radiologists, to ensure integrated and multidisciplinary care for patients.
- Provide patient education and counseling on preventive measures, treatment options, and post-operative care to optimize outcomes and promote wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review activities to enhance clinical effectiveness and patient safety.
- Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine, surgical techniques, and healthcare technologies through continuous professional development and participation in relevant conferences and training programs.
- Adhere to ethical standards, professional codes of conduct, and hospital policies and procedures at all times.
