Day To Day:
- Email Supporting Inbox - Respond to all emails that are sent into the main Support Inbox, Work with enrollment and other departments to research and determine issues that may arise
- Troubleshooting with Think Agent IT team, Update and/or change templates within the support inbox
- Reporting/Documenting Production Issues - Asana Form, Work cross functionally with the development team.
- New Account Creation - Daily accounts from BSD, Files from Strategic Partners, Files from internal Telesales partners
- Deactivating Accounts - Deleting accounts for Agents that are no longer with our Telesales or strategic partners
