Job Description
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably Engineering or Operations Management
Experience: Six years of experience in manufacturing management environment, with at least 3 years of leadership responsibilities. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge: Demonstrated leadership ability and good communications skills. Basic computer skills using typical applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data bases, as well as working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
