- Collaborate in the creation of organizational development strategies focusing on leadership, team building and employee engagement.
- Measure impact of engagement programs against core performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with HR to design and deploy engagement surveys, focus groups and organizational assessments.
- Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen connections.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify actionable insights and anticipate emerging organizational needs.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations as well as compelling content to publicize and gain support for programs.
- Partner with other departments to develop, align, leverage and integrate with broader Learning and Development strategies and programs.
- Coordinate employee events and activities, including holiday parties, summer outings and senior leader connections, etc.
