Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings shop drawings and detailed layouts in coordination with the design and project teams.

• Prepare technical drawings shop drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects.
  
• Develop floor plans elevations sections ceiling plans and detailed joinery drawings.
  
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  
• Prepare and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
  
• Coordinate with Interior Designers Project Engineers and site teams.
  
• Prepare detailed drawings for joinery furniture partitions ceilings flooring and other interior elements.
  
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and required standards.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
  
• Support the project team with technical clarifications and drawing modifications.
  

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Draftsman.
  
• Mandatory experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge of 3D software SketchUp Revit or other relevant software will be an advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and detailed interior fit-out drawings.
  
• Experience in joinery and furniture detailing is preferred.
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
  
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
  

• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
