**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing design projects from conception to completion ensuring seamless collaboration between clients architects and construction teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad range of design software and project management skills within a vibrant innovative environment. The ideal applicant will have a keen eye for detail strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop detailed design concepts using software such as SketchUp AutoCAD Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Create accurate technical drawings and visualisations for client presentations and construction purposes.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Collaborate closely with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure design intent is realised effectively on site.
* Assist in preparing tender documents specifications and construction drawings aligned with project requirements.
* Coordinate revisions and updates based on client feedback or project changes.
* Utilise project management tools to track progress organise schedules and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in design technology to continually improve workflows.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience with SketchUp AutoCAD Revit Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong knowledge of CAD software and construction processes.
* Demonstrable experience in project management within a design or architectural environment.
* Familiarity with 3ds Max or similar 3D modelling programmes is desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
* A recognised qualification in architecture interior design or related field is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of construction standards and building regulations is advantageous. This role provides an engaging environment where creativity meets organisation offering the chance to contribute significantly to innovative design projects across various sectors.
