About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Junior Document Controller to join its Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender, proposal and project documentation, maintaining accurate records, controlling drawing revisions and ensuring timely submission and distribution of documents.

Candidates with experience in design consultancy, signage, fit-out or construction are preferred.

Key Technical Skills Required:

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) | Aconex | SharePoint | OneDrive | AutoCAD | Microsoft Office | Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities:

Manage and control all project documentation and drawings, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution.

Support the Business Development team with tender, RFQ, and proposal documentation, including compiling, formatting, and submitting packages on time.

Maintain a organised record of quotations, client correspondence, contracts, and approvals for every opportunity and project.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to track submittals, revisions, and approvals.

Maintain document workflows and make sure all files follow company standards and naming conventions.

Help track the tender and lead pipeline, and prepare simple status reports for the BD team.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or project coordination, preferably in design consultation, signage, or construction.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and 2+ years with Adobe Acrobat.
