Job Description

- Assist Sr. Dimensional Control Tech for setting out primary control and establishment of a suitable control network
- Perform the following surveys:
- Post-weld surveys as specified in the dimension control plan an as required by the governing specifications
- Post-weld surveys as specified in the dimension control plan
- Survey of miscellaneous assemblies as required
- Continuous level surveys during load out and weighing
- Prepare Dimensional Control Reports
- In case of non-conformance, generate an out of tolerance (OOT) report and resurvey the structure after remedial action has taken place
- Monitor and update equipment calibration register
- Prepare Calibration Certificate
- Ensure that latest drawings and calibrated equipment is used
