- Oversee all social media accounts.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns, research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, advertisement campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Create engaging text, image and video content.
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
- Oversee social media accounts’ layouts.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
- Coordinate social media messaging with concerned departments and hotel goals.
