- Assist the Site Manager (SM) in the overall management and operation of the Site.
- Work closely with SM to ensure all briefings, presentations and CDRL requirements to the MOC and Task Order Manager.
- Advise SM on Human Resource, Finance and Contracts matters.
- Work with Section Managers to ensure all work required in the performance of the contract is carried out in accordance with the PWS, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- In concert with the Quality Manager:
- Enforce procedures and guidelines (Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) for management personnel to effectively perform in accordance with the PWS
- In concert with the customer, Quality Manager and SM, set performance metrics and measure efficiency to those metrics.
- In Concert with Safety, Helps ensure Safety programs are in place. Proper PPE is available and Operations are performed in a safe manner.
- Fill-in as the Acting SM during the SM’s absence.
- ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Update and maintain overtime charts, approvals, etc
- Update and maintain monthly Government charts
- Update and maintain monthly manning list & all monthly document submissions
