- 50% Talent Acquisition Role from IT [Networking/Cloud/Security Domain] and 50% HR Generalist role
- Lead Organization internal manpower (Hiring) / Talent acquisition requirements across India.
- Employee communication and engagement activities.
- Coordinate Induction, HRMIS and employee issues.
- Policy implementation.
- In-dept knowledge of HR Processes..
- Flexible and result oriented.
- Performance Appraisal.
- Conducting the Induction for new joiners.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.

- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
