• Create design prototypes, features and specifications for the company based on user
  

• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality with in - depth understanding of clients and
  

• Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization
  

• Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming
  

• Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows and visual designs as per ProCreator standards and client
  

• Interact with clients/users to understand their needs and develop better products/ websites/
  

• Designing and setting up Design systems and components such as input controls, navigational components and informational
  

• Identifying and troubleshooting UX
  

• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user
  

• Spearhead execution of all design stages from concept to final hand-off for
  

• Design user experiences for software applications through the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and medium to high fidelity
  

• Deep expertise with a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wire-framing (primarily Figma, Protopie)

Requirements

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

• Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the
  
• 2+ years of experience in the UI / UX
  
• Familiar with UX methodologies research, interviews, personas, competitor research, sitemap, wire framing, responsive design and
  
• Familiar with UI principles and being able to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive
  
• Experience building and utilising design
  
• Experience using
  
• Being able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders about your team s design decisions &
  
• Being willing to mentor junior designers on your team, helping them grow and providing constructive
  
• Strong critical thinking and analytical
  
• Proactive in proposing ideas and ensuring the design standards across the projects are
  
• Proficient (written and verbal) in the English
  
• Brownie points if you know prototyping /motion design tools like After Effects, ProtoPie,
  
• Someone who is keen and eager to learn, put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we
