Assist in scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with patients for follow-up visits. Provide administrative support, such as handling patient inquiries, and maintaining patient records.

Educating patients about oral hygiene techniques, post-operative care, and preventative measures. Provide guidance and recommendations for oral health as directed by the dentist.

Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including dentists, senior dental assistant, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care.

Maintain all records related to dental procedures/inventory. Prepare data to create reports, charts, and presentations. Assist in identifying information processing problems and escalate them to the Senior Dental Assistant.
