Data entry administrator

This is a remote position.

Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing client s.

Collecting, analysing and evaluating financial and operational information with respect to investment and development opportunities.

Research relevant trends and translate them into actionable outputs for existing or future projects.

Support bids for development or operational mandates by producing analysis.

Preparing acquisition memos for internal and external purposes.

Assisting with due diligence on investment opportunities.

Support all aspects of deal execution from transaction approval to final lease documentation.

Providing monthly loan statements

Producing reports property, investment memos and Sector reports

Producing investor packs

Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
