Hiring: Customer Service Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Salary: AED /month
Work: On-site Rotational Shifts

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic & English required
• Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Experience in logistics delivery mobility or e-commerce is an advantage
• Good communication complaint-handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer/CRM skills

Working Schedule:

• 6 days/week
• 1 rotational day off
• 8 working hours/day 1-hour break
• Rotating shifts based on business requirements
• May include evenings weekends and public holidays
