Hiring: Customer Service Agent
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Salary: AED /month
Work: On-site Rotational Shifts
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic & English required
- Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- Experience in logistics delivery mobility or e-commerce is an advantage
- Good communication complaint-handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer/CRM skills
Working Schedule:
- 6 days/week
- 1 rotational day off
- 8 working hours/day 1-hour break
- Rotating shifts based on business requirements
- May include evenings weekends and public holidays
