As a consultant in Gallups Global Analytics division you will collaborate closely with consultants researchers and clients to help global leaders understand complex social and policy issues and act with confidence based on what the data this role you will develop hypotheses to test dive deeply into complex datasets and produce precise defensible analytics that directly address critical research questions.

What Youll Do

• Partner with consultants and clients to understand research objectives ask thoughtful questions and translate analytic goals into rigorous analytic approaches
• Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis including data validation cross-tabulation modeling and exploratory analysis with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
• Dive deeply into datasets to test hypotheses explore ways to incorporate secondary data and uncover meaningful patterns that address client research questions
• Prepare clear documentation on analytic workflows and other data sources used that can be audited
• Prepare clear analytic outputs that enable consultants and partners to craft compelling narratives and client-ready deliverables
• Support client engagements and prospect meetings by joining calls listening carefully to clients goals and providing analytical perspective
• Uphold Gallups highest standards for data integrity ensuring every output is precise defensible and reliable
• Continuously strengthen your analytic toolkit by applying new methods technologies and approaches to complex research challenges

What You Need

• Masters degree required
• At least two years of professional experience in quantitativeresearch methods statistics math economics or a similarquantitative disciplinerequired
• At least two years of experience working with complex survey dataincluding validating data quality conducting statisticalanalysisand supporting insight developmentrequired
• Proficiency in Python R or SQL required
• Full fluency in Arabic and English required
• Client-facing experience preferred
