Construction Manager (Ports & Marine)

• Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine construction projects.
• Extensive experience in piling quay wall construction slipway development pontoon installation coastal protection works (rock works) and small-scale dredging.
• Strong ability to lead and manage day-to-day site operations resources and subcontractors.
• Skilled in planning scheduling and driving productivity improvements to achieve project objectives.
• Experienced in coordinating with clients consultants authorities and other project stakeholders.
• Proven capability to deliver projects safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong focus on ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.
• Effective team leader with excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Committed to achieving successful project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Proven experience in planning coordinating and supervising construction activities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and in compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License
