Job Summary
Responsible for managing and coordinating Mechanical and Electrical MEP construction activities ensuring works are completed safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover.
- Coordinate Mechanical Electrical Civil and Architectural works.
- Review drawings specifications method statements and material submittals.
- Supervise subcontractors manpower materials and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients consultants suppliers and project teams.
- Monitor progress quality productivity and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections testing commissioning and handover.
- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 8 years of MEP construction experience.
- UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
- Experience in large-scale building infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation coordination testing and commissioning.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects. Experience in industrial commercial warehouse infrastructure or large-scale building projects. Strong knowledge of international quality standards inspection procedures and construction specifications. Experience working with consultants clients and subcontractors in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
