Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Construction Engineer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client ADNOC is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities for oil & gas project works in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Review engineering drawings construction documents method statements and technical requirements before site execution.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure construction progresses according to project schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement QA/QC HSE contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure site activities comply with applicable HSE procedures and project safety requirements.
- Identify construction issues technical conflicts and site constraints and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Monitor contractor performance workmanship materials and construction quality.
- Prepare construction progress updates site reports and documentation for project management.
- Construction Engineering Strong understanding of construction planning execution and site coordination.
- Oil & Gas Construction Knowledge of construction practices applicable to oil & gas projects.
- Engineering Drawings Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and construction documents.
- HSE Compliance Understanding of safe construction practices and project HSE requirements.
- Project Coordination Ability to coordinate construction activities across contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- QA/QC and inspection coordination
- Construction planning and progress monitoring
- Contractor and subcontractor coordination

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
