Chief Accountant

MultiplyMii is in search of a Social Media & Community Manager who will be working with our client based in the USA. Our client is a growing Digital Community that manages accounts across the globe, with a focus on Social Media, SEO, Advertising, and Remarketing. In this role, you will be responsible for community activations and engagement (primary focus is the client s Discord community).

The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content, act as the face and voice of the company s brand and manage all community communications. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the client s community.
Excellent at working with Social Media Specialists, micro influencers, membership, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate Discord community postings as appropriate across the organization s other digital channels. Contributes to related communication vehicles and ensures the integration of community for promotion and awareness building and recommends and implements new community features as appropriate.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

• Creating Content Strategy and Calendar
• Coordinating Posts
• Fully manage Discord community , to repurpose strategies into LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
• Working with Teams
• Sourcing UGC from Existing Community
• Understanding Customer Journeys and Funnels
• Customer Service and Community Management
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to Discord community campaigns and engagement

Core qualifications:

• Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Hands-on experience with Social Media and Content management
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
• Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented and processes work quickly and accurately
