Primary Responsibilities
- Closely Work with the Group Sales team and Smaller Room Block Groups and handle all Food, Beverage, Guest Room and Resort Activities
- Confirm event related information with group sales planner. Organize / disseminate information to all departments through emails, event orders, directives, resumes and rooming lists in a professional and timely manner.
- Build creative menus, mindful of food costs, labor cost and kitchen capabilities.
