Qatar • **Zip/Postal Code 45295 • Responsible for providing nursing care through all phases of care taking into consideration age and developmental needs. • Assess, develop and implement plan of care as determined by the physician and healthcare • Performs periodic reevaluation of the patient as necessary and adjusts in the patient treatment program • Educates and instructs the patient, Patient's family and other staff as required • Complies with institutions policies and procedures - counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs • Coordinates all services provided, consults with other healthcare professionals as needed.
