Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a prominent aftermarket automotive spare parts manufacturer from Europe in the UAE. Our client, a fast-growing player in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated "Business & Marketing Analyst" with in-depth knowledge of the aftermarket automotive spare parts business in the Middle East to join their team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of their aftermarket auto parts brand in the Middle Eastern market, identify new business prospects, and drive overall growth. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business and marketing, who can work with the European Marketing team to implement effective strategies to increase market share and drive sales specifically in the Middle East. As the ideal candidate, you will join a dedicated team and work closely with Brand Managers in managing our clients brand portfolio in the region. Your expertise in aftermarket parts sales, marketing, and distribution, particularly in the Middle Eastern context, will be crucial, as well as your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering winning insights. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of implementing innovative systems to enhance our clients brand image for both existing and potential customers in the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate in the development and execution of business and marketing strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market, targeting existing and new partners.

- Identify emerging trends in the aftermarket auto parts market in the Middle East and understand customer demands specific to the region.

- Conduct comprehensive market surveys on aftermarket auto parts, including evaluating price positioning, product categories, origins, quality, and more, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.

- Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing reports specific to the Middle Eastern market.

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer preferences in the Middle East.

- Manage the proposal response process, including gathering detailed requirements, creating compelling content, and incorporating inputs from various sources, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.

- Evaluate potential business opportunities based on market trends in the Middle East.

- Support deal structuring and pricing by conducting business value analyses and negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals in the Middle Eastern market.

- Continuously expand professional knowledge through education, networking, attending events, and delivering presentations, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.




Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business or management.

- Demonstrated success in B2B negotiation, specifically in the Middle Eastern aftermarket automotive spare parts industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on effective communication in the Middle Eastern context.

- Prior experience in implementing marketing techniques, preferably for a well-known brand in the Middle Eastern market.

- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting specific to the Middle Eastern market.

- Proven ability to plan and manage resources effectively in the Middle Eastern market.

- Strong presentation skills with an understanding of cultural nuances in the Middle East.
