- Participate in the Project Planning of BMS Systems Process and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project.
- Fully understand the requirements & systems involved in the project.
- Assigning and Managing internal team members, including Project Engineers, programmers, and commissioning engineers, to projects as well as hiring and external labor as needed.
- Coordinate with client, contractor, subcontractors, and site team to the fulfillment of project.
- Act as Communication Connection between Junior Staff and Senior Management and make sure to settle any complaints.
- Make Sure Projects are Completed on Time and on Budget with handing over to client along with all needed documentation, O&M and drawings.
