BIM COORDINATOR - ARCHITECTURE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate architectural BIM models across various project phases to ensure alignment with design intent and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with MEP structural and civil teams to lead model coordination and resolve inter-discipline clashes using Revit and Navisworks.
• Supervise and support the India-based architectural production team to ensure model accuracy quality and consistency.
• Review and validate architectural models and drawings against project standards and client specifications.
• Maintain and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) company BIM standards and best practices across assigned projects.
• Prepare coordinated drawings schedules and documentation for design submissions and construction use.
• Monitor model progress ensure timely updates and manage version control effectively.
• Conduct model audits QA/QC checks and ensure issue tracking and resolution are documented and communicated clearly.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years experience in BIM coordination with a strong focus on architectural projects.
• At least 5 years of site experience on GCC-based projects is required.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Solid understanding of GCC authority regulations design standards and site coordination practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially in managing offshore production workflows.
• Ability to multitask prioritize deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
