Full Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION middot To deliver and collect luggage for arriving and departing guests middot To greet all arriving guests and bid farewell to all departing guests using hotel standard phrases middot Explain room features and available hotel service when checking-in guests middot Possess a detailed knowledge of all hotel facilities their location and hours of operation middot To log in the number of pieces of luggage during all check-ins and check-outs as well as other deliveries to guests like messages telexes mails packages faxes flowers etc middot To deliver newspapers to all occupied rooms
